Return Process and Timeline
Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for an exchange or damage claim. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your merchandise to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and deemed saleable upon inspection by our team.
Is a Restocking Fee Applied?
For all returns, a restocking fee of at least 25% of the original purchase price will apply. The exact fee may be higher depending on the returned product, manufacturer policies, and the condition of the item.
Transportation Costs
Customers are responsible for the transportation costs associated with returning a product to one of our facilities, except in cases of even exchanges or when the product is received in a damaged condition. Please note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

These variations are considered normal and not manufacturing defects, and thus are not eligible for return.
